Project Overview
In 2020, Maryland Management Company came to Quality Stone Veneer seeking help on updating and renovating the exterior and interiors of their Oakland Hills Apartment complex located in Arnold, Maryland. The apartments have a great location, residing just outside downtown Annapolis and only 25 minutes from Baltimore City. However, originally built sometime in the late 1980's, the project's exterior was riddled with issues including water intrusion throughout with unsealed cracks and punctures in the exterior stucco and underlayment.
It was from here we worked with project ownership on longevity based solutions, to not only update the project to a contemporary look, but re-protect and seal the outermost building envelope from future water intrusion.

Quality Stone Veneer has recently received High-Velocity Hurricane Zone certifications through the International Code Council's Evaluation Service. In passing rigorous third-party testing, this certification approves our products for installation in high wind hurricane zones, including Florida, where strict hurricane requirements exist to protect buildings in both residential and commercial building codes.
