Project Overview
In 2019 through 2020, we partnered with VCC Construction and Dominion Realty Partners on Crabtree Lakeside Residences, a sprawling garden-style multifamily complex comprising of 221 Class A apartment units. The project includes 7 total main buildings, featuring a range of amenities such as a pool, clubhouse, dog park, fitness center, and other recreational facilities.
Strategically situated on eight+ acres in Raleigh, NC, Crabtree Lakeside provides easy access to the amenity-rich Crabtree Valley submarket, major regional connectors like Interstate 440 and U.S. Highway 70, and prominent employment and lifestyle centers in downtown Raleigh and North Hills/Midtown Raleigh.
In addition to its forward thinking design, Crabtree Lakeside received NAHB's Green Building Standards designation.
Drystack Lambris Example Pieces
For our stone veneer design and installation, our research and development team designed a brand new color for the build we named Catawba after the North Carolina county. Catawba blends light and neutral blues, grays and buff tones, adding a coastal feel throughout the property. The final stone style style selected by the project's design team was one of our most popular styles from our Lambris line, Drystack Lambris.
Comprised of uniquely shaped stone panels, Drystack Lambris easily creates a seamless drystack facade, and has the option to be mechanically fastened with a Clip and Screw attachment using our patented Clip System™, or installed traditionally with mortar and wire lath.
News:
Quality Stone Veneer has recently received High-Velocity Hurricane Zone certifications through the International Code Council's Evaluation Service. In passing rigorous third-party testing, this certification approves our products for installation in high wind hurricane zones, including Florida, where strict hurricane requirements exist to protect buildings in both residential and commercial building codes.
