The Masonic Village at Elizabethtown was founded in 1910 by the Grand Lodge of PA as a charitable home for aging Freemasons and their families. Today, the 1,400-acre Lancaster County campus has grown into one of the largest retirement communities in the US, offering independent living cottages, apartments, and healthcare services.

Located in the Bradford neighborhood of Haverhill, MA, The James Apartments is a newly completed 153-unit luxury multi-family community developed by Princeton Ward Hill LLC. Completed in 2025, the project introduces modern apartment living to one of the Merrimack Valley’s most desirable residential areas.

In 2006, Quality Stone Veneer custom-developed Regal Ashlar to match the original 1893 stone at First United Methodist Church in Lancaster, PA. A seamless 64,000 SF addition built with Horst Construction and Cornerstone Design Architects.

For this development, we created a custom blend of our Cobblestone profile in 70% Bull Run, to 30% New England colorways, accented with our Siota Precast Window Lintels, Sandstone Sills and natural flagstone wall capping.

WoodBrook at Randolph is a newly developed luxury rental community in Randolph, New Jersey, featuring 102 Signature Carriage Homes with attached garages and two full levels of living space, alongside 97 Classic Apartment Flats located within a distinguished Manor Building.

Uniquely positioned on a 16.5-acre parcel that was formerly Fitz Farm, this new living facility encompasses roughly 124,000 square feet and offers accommodations for 68 independent living and 42 assisted living apartment homes. 

We completed Fields on 15th Apartments in the mountainside town of Longmont, Colorado in 2022 in partnership with Brinkman Construction and Godden Sudik Architects. This 7-building modern apartment complex features over 15,000 square feet of one of our new contemporary color and style combinations, Pinehills Ohio Drystack Lambris.

In 2020, Maryland Management Company came to Quality Stone Veneer seeking help on updating and renovating the exterior and interiors of their Oakland Hills Apartment complex located in Arnold, Maryland. The apartments have a great location, residing just outside downtown Annapolis and only 25 minutes from Baltimore City.

In early 2022, Quality Stone Veneer embarked on an exciting partnership with the renowned Samet Corporation to enhance the architectural beauty of the then in planning, Lumeo Apartments. These apartments are a cutting-edge addition to RKW Residential's prestigious line of upscale living spaces, nestled in the vibrant and innovative University City of North Charlotte.

In the winter to mid-summer of 2021, our Carolina’s team undertook a large multi-family project in West Mooresville, North Carolina. Built by our partner, KMW Builders, the luxury apartment complex features a dog park, community pool, clubhouse, carwash, outdoor patio areas, garages, and lounges.

In 2019 through 2020, we partnered with VCC Construction and Dominion Realty Partners on Crabtree Lakeside Residences, a sprawling garden-style multifamily complex comprising of 221 Class A apartment units.
