Project Overview

Quality Stone Veneer is the end-to-end specialist for stone veneer on large scale commercial builds. From our hands on approach in product design alongside an architect in a project’s initial design phase, to project estimation, product manufacturing and procurement, to our masterful installation; We see that large technical builds are done beautifully, on time, and to code.

We were honored to recently partner with Warfel Construction, Roseman Associates, and Avenue Development on this stunning new build in York, PA, The Residence at Fitz Farm.

Uniquely positioned on a 16.5-acre parcel that was formerly Fitz Farm, it encompasses roughly 124,000 square feet and offers accommodations for 68 independent living and 42 assisted living apartment homes. Additionally, it features 20 units designed to cater specifically to residents with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. The living spaces come in one- and two-bedroom configurations, with contemporary open floor plans, and some even include outdoor terrace or balcony choices.

The facility showcases our timeless Pinehills color in a custom blend of 70% Cobblestone and 30% Fieldstone styles.
