This 22-acre campus expansion introduced 97 modern independent living apartments across ten hybrid home villas — each featuring under-building parking, elevators, community spaces, and resident storage. Completed in early 2025, the project reflects a seamless blend of architecture, craftsmanship, and community-focused design. For this development, we created a custom blend of our Cobblestone profile in **70% Bull Run, to 30% New England **colorways, accented with our Siota Precast Window Lintels, Sandstone Sills and natural flagstone wall capping. We’re especially proud to see the Villas honored with the **2025 ABC Excellence in Construction Award**, recognizing the outstanding teamwork and execution from all involved that brought this vision to life. **50 years of design-driven stone veneer.** **One Manufacturer.
