Quality Stone Veneer was proud to partner with longtime collaborators Warfel Construction Company, and SFCS Architects to bring a thoughtfully designed stone package to life at the brand-new Villas at Shenandoah Valley Westminster-Canterbury in Winchester, VA.
This 22-acre campus expansion introduced 97 modern independent living apartments across ten hybrid home villas — each featuring under-building parking, elevators, community spaces, and resident storage. Completed in early 2025, the project reflects a seamless blend of architecture, craftsmanship, and community-focused design.
For this development, we created a custom blend of our Cobblestone profile in 70% Bull Run, to 30% New England colorways, accented with our Siota Precast Window Lintels, Sandstone Sills and natural flagstone wall capping.
We’re especially proud to see the Villas honored with the 2025 ABC Excellence in Construction Award, recognizing the outstanding teamwork and execution from all involved that brought this vision to life.
